At Fabal, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality aluminium products. However, if you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Free & Easy Returns for UK Orders

We offer free and easy returns for all UK orders.

  • Eligibility Window: You may return items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, and include all original packaging and documentation. We cannot accept returns for items that have been cut, altered, damaged, or used in any way.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Please contact our customer support team at info@fabaluk.com or by phone at +44 (0) 20 3576 0574 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item(s) back. For UK orders, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

  • Processing Refunds/Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Exchanges will be processed and shipped within the standard delivery timeframe after the returned item is received and approved.

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Eligibility Window: International returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Condition of Items: Items must be in their original, unused condition, and include all original packaging and documentation. Items that have been cut, altered, damaged, or used cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@fabaluk.com to request an RMA number and return instructions.

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. You will be responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Customs and Duties for Returns: Please ensure that any international returns are clearly marked as "Returned Goods" on customs declarations to avoid additional duties or taxes upon re-entry into the UK. Fabal is not responsible for any customs fees incurred on returned items. Any such fees may be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Processing Refunds/Exchanges: Refunds or exchanges will be processed upon successful receipt and inspection of the returned items, similar to the UK returns process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery (ideally within 48 hours) with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover any associated shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-cut or specially ordered items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or incorrect. This will be communicated at the time of purchase.
